How the current forms work

Contact, service inquiries and newsletter requests prepare an email draft. Perennial receives that message only after you send it through your email service. Copy controls are provided if an email app does not open. Entering an email address or opening a worksheet does not automatically subscribe you. Resource-form email addresses are optional and are not newly saved as leads in browser storage by this version.

Garden profiles, saved tool records, reading lists and notes stay in the current browser. Download a backup to keep a separate copy or transfer supported records to another device. Uploaded plant photos are temporary and are not included in saved reports or backups. The optional leaf comparison runs in the browser; this website does not upload those photos to a diagnosis service.

Garden gift requests and magazine subscriptions

When enabled, these forms send your name, email, request type, submission time, page address, and subscription consent through FormSubmit to Perennial Home & Gardens. Gift requests do not subscribe you to Perennial Living Magazine. Magazine signup separately requests permission for seasonal editions and occasional promotions. Contact us to request removal. This connection is pending delivery verification; the existing contact forms continue to use your email application until separately updated.
